The Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH), Ogbomoso hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates who are interested in pursuing a career with her for appointment into the following positions:

1.⁠ ⁠Medical Officer
2.⁠ ⁠Consultant Haematology and Blood Transfusion
3.⁠ ⁠Consultant, Chemical Pathology and Immunology
4.⁠ ⁠Consultant, Medical Microbiology and Parasitology
5.⁠ ⁠Dental Therapist

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess the following: 1 – 4

• MB.BS (Registrable with the MDCN)
• ⁠Evidence of full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
• Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC Programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
• Current Practising license
• Either Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or Fellowship of the West African College of Physician/Surgery.
• Evidence of current practising License.
• Dental Therapist
• Candidates must possess minimum of five (5) Credits in WASSC or NECO at not more than two sittings. 
• ⁠Degree or HND in Dental Therapy from a recognised Institution and registrable with the Dental Therapy Registration Board of Nigeria (DTRBN)

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested candidates should pay N7,000 only (Non-refundable) for application Form at the Cashiers Counter and obtain application Form from the Human Resources Division, Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso.

Ten (10) copies of your completed application form with photocopies of your credentials should be submitted.

Applicants are also required to submit 3 reference letters not from relatives addressed to the Chief Medical Director one of which must be from the applicant’s Pastor and at least one from the Institution of training. Please note that the reference letters must be typed on letter-head paper appropriately dated and signed.
