The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Oyo State Branch, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. S. O. Oladejo, Director of Administration, Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH) Ogbomoso on 1st December 2025.
The visit sought to strengthen ties between CIPM and BUTH, exploring areas of collaboration in human resource management and development.
Mrs. Omolara Onipede, the Chairperson, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Oyo State Branch, and her team met with the Director of Administration and his team to discuss ways to enhance Human Resource practices and contribution to the growth of Bowen University Teaching Hospital, Ogbomoso .
She appreciated Mr. S. O. Oladejo for his commitment, dedication, and team spirit, which has helped Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Oyo State Chapter, where he has served in various capacities to contribute and strengthen the Institute even in Nigeria.
A portrait picture and throw pillow with Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) logo were presented to Mr. Stephen O. Oladejo as a token in appreciation of his commitment, and effort over the years as well as continuous support for CIPM.
Mr. S. O. Oladejo, the Director of Administration, appreciated the CIPM of Nigeria for its commitment to Human Resource excellence, and expressed the hospital willingness towards a fruitful partnership.
The visit underscores the dedication of CIPM to promoting best Human Resource practices in organizations in Nigeria as well as the health sector.
