The Bowen University Teaching Hospital (BUTH), Ogbomoso, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment into the following position:
- ARCHITECT
- QUANTITY SURVEYOR
1. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECT
a. Candidates must possess a B.Sc. degree or HND in Architecture from a recognized institution.
b. Must be fully registered or registrable with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON); registration is an added advantage.
c. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant applications.
d. Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
e. Demonstrable skills in design, drafting, and construction supervision; relevant professional experience is an advantage.
f. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
g. Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects
2. QUALIFICATIONS FOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
a. Candidates must possess a B.Sc. degree or HND in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
b. Must be registered or registrable with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN); registration is an added advantage.
c. Membership of a relevant professional body such as the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) is an added advantage.
d. Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as CostX, WinQS, or other related applications.
e. Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
f. Relevant post-qualification experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project evaluation is an advantage.
g. Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects
