1. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess B.Sc. or B.A in the discipline of Social Science or Humanities such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Sociology, Political Science, English, Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management, Communication & Language Art, Philosophy or LL.B.
b.Proficiency in computer application such as MS. Word, Power point and others.
c. Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
d.Oral and written communication skills.
e.Relevant administrative experience is an advantage.
f.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

2. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTANT (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized institution.
b.Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., ICAN, ANAN) is an added advantage.
c.Proficiency in computer application for Accounting packages.
d.Relevant Accounting experience.
e.Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
f.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

3. QUALIFICATIONS FOR PHARMACIST (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess B.Pharm degree from a recognized University registrable with the Pharmacists Council of Nigerian (PCN).
b.Evidence of Induction by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
c. Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
d.Current practising license or evidence of renewal.
e. Clinical knowledge, oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
f. Relevant hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is an advantage; completion of a residency is a plus.
g. Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

4. QUALIFICATIONS FOR DENTAL OFFICER
a.Candidates must possess first degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from a recognized university.
b.Evidence of full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.
c.Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
d.Current practicing license or evidence of renewal.
e.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

5. QUALIFICATIONS FOR NURSING OFFICER (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess minimum of RN/RM or BNSc certificate from a recognized institution.
b.Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
c.A valid practicing license.
d.A post-basic qualification in a specialized nursing field Peri-Operative, Nurse Anesthetists, Pediatric, Accident & Emergency, Public Health is an added advantage.
f.Evidence of satisfactory completion of the NYSC programme or exemption by the NYSC Directorate.
g.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

6. QUALIFICATIONS FOR LABORATORY SCIENTIST (HISTOPATHOLOGY) – closes 15th May, 2025
a.Candidates must possess degree in Medical Laboratory Science for Scientists from a recognized institution.
b.Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.
c.NYSC discharge certificate or letter of exemption.
d.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

7. QUALIFICATIONS FOR LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a diploma for Technicians from a recognized institution.
b.Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.
c.Current practicing license.
d.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

8. QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEDICAL RECORDS TECHNICIAN (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in Health Information Management from a recognized institution.
b.Registration with a relevant professional body.
c.Current practicing license.
d.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

9. QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess a degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Technology and Management.
b.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint,) and other office management tools.
c.Skill and knowledge in Typing (60wpm).
d.Exceptional filling, recording and organizational skills.
e.Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanner etc.
f.Prior experience in similar role is an added advantage.
g.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

10. QUALIFICATIONS FOR STAFF NURSE (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Candidates must possess minimum of RN certificate from a recognized institution.
a.Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
b.A valid practicing license.
c.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language and other relevant subjects

11. QUALIFICATIONS FOR CLERICAL OFFICER (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language or possess minimum of 3 credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language
b.Must have basic computer knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
c.Minimum of 1–2 years clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or academic setting.
d.Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion.
e.Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
f.Must be of good character and possess a high level of integrity.
g.Must be ready to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

12. QUALIFICATIONS FOR HEALTH ASSISTANT/ HOSTEL WARDEN (CONSO) – closes 15th May, 2025
a.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language or possess minimum of 3 credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b.Experience in hostel management is an advantage.

13. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DRIVER (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language or possess minimum of 3 credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b.Must have valid Class “E” Driving Licenses.
c.Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
d.Ability to drive ambulances, buses, and other hospital vehicles
e.Must be physically fit and capable of handling long shifts
f.Must be ready to travel outside Ogbomoso.

14. QUALIFICATIONS FOR MESSENGER (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language or possess minimum of 3 credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b.Must be able to ride motorcycle.
c.Ability to communicate effectively and carry out assigned duties within and outside the hospital.
d.Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

15. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SECURITY GUARD (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Must possess at least 5 credits in O’Level at a maximum of two sittings with credit in English Language or possess minimum of 3 credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b.Prior security experience is an advantage.
c.Knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
d.Must be physically fit and able to perform security-related tasks
e.Must not be more than 45 years in age.

16. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLEANER (closes 15th May, 2025)
a.Must possess at least five (5) credits in O’ Level examinations at a maximum of two sittings, including
English Language, OR a minimum of three (3) credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b.Must be physically fit and agile to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
d. Previous experience in hospital cleaning, sanitation, or facility maintenance will be an added advantage.
c.A male gender will be of added advantage.

17. QUALIFICATIONS FOR HEALTH ASSISTANT (NURSING) – (closes 15th May, 2025)
a. Must possess at least five (5) credits in O’ Level examinations at a maximum of two sittings, including
English Language , OR a minimum of three (3) credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b. Must be physically fit and agile to handle patient care duties.
c. Prior experience in hospital operations, patient care, or healthcare assistance will be an added advantage.

18. QUALIFICATIONS FOR GARDENER – (closes 7th May, 2025 extended to 15th May, 2025)
a. Must possess at least five (5) credits in O’ Level examinations at a maximum of two sittings, including English Language, OR a minimum of three (3) credits in O’ Level at one sitting without English Language.
b. Should have basic knowledge of gardening maintenance, including mowing, weeding, and tidying up garden beds.
c. Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work, including lifting, digging, and prolonged standing.
d. Ability to maintain gardening tools for safe and effective use.
e. Must demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
